LHA Annual Golf Tournament - Hold the Date!

Attention all LHA Members and Supporters,

LHA's Annual Golf Tournament has been scheduled for Monday,August 6, 2012 at Lone Tree. We will have a shotgun start at 8:00am. The cost is $130 per person, which includes golf, cart, lunch prizes and lots of laughts. Don't wait to get your foursome reserved.

2012 LHA Summer Program

The 2012 LHA Summer Program registration is now open. You can view all the details by selecting the "Summer Program" tab on the left side of the screen.

LHA will have the best skill development coaches in Colorado working the camp. A list is currently provided and will be updated. LHA will have the top level coaches for each age group in attendance throughout the camp.

Divisions for the summer are:

U8 A & B - Birth years 2006, 2007 and 2008

U8 C & D - Birth years 2004 and 2005

Squirt - Birth years 2002 and 2003

Peewee - Birth years 2000 and 2001

Bantam - Birth years 1998 and 1999

Midget - Birth years 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997

LHA Defense Camp

The registration for LHA's Defense Camp is now open. This is a week-long day camp for all Bantam, Peewee and Squirt defensemen. The camp will focus on the skills your son or daughter need to be a successsful defenseman at any level. This includes defense-specific skating, passing, ashooting and stickhandlin. Your player will learn proper angling and stick play, as well as advanced tactics. 


The dry land portion of the camp will focus on leg, core and upper body strength. The classroom sessions will focus on the defenseman's responsibility in all three zones.

The camp includes 15 hours of on-ice instruction, 5 hours of dry land training and 5 hours of classroom instruction. 

Participants will be responsible for bringing their own lunch, water bottles, workout gear, running shoes and camp journal for classroom.

LHA Stickhandling Boot Camp

 Come work on your stickhandling and get a workout in with LHA Coaches on Saturdays throughout the summer. 

Location: South Suburban Ice Arena - outside

Equipment - stick, gloves, water bottle, running shoes, workout clothing

Dates - June 2*, 9, 16, 23, 30  July 14, 21, 28 (All Saturdays)

Group 1 - 12:30pm-1:30pm

Group 2 - 1:45pm-2:45pm

Cost - $10.00 per session

Registration - Email Brian TenEyck (brian@littletonhockey.org). You can register for as many sessions as you would like.
